Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support to the office staff and management team
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary
- Prepare and proofread documents, reports, and correspondence
- File and organize paperwork, both physical and electronic
- Assist with order entry and inventory management
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning
- Act as a personal assistant to the office manager or executive staff

**Requirements**:

- Strong attention to detail and excellent proofreading skills
- Proficient in using office equipment such as printers, scanners
- Familiarity with order entry systems or ability to quickly learn new software programs
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Thunder Bay, ON P7C 5H9: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Secondary School (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Front desk: 1 year (preferred)
- Administrative experience: 1 year (preferred)

**Language**:

- Mandarin (preferred)

Shift availability:

- Day Shift (preferred)

Work Location: In person

Expected start date: 2023-09-05
