Office Coordinator

Duties:
- Manage the day-to-day coorespondence of print shop, ensuring smooth and efficient workflow
- Oversee and maintain accurate filing and scheduling of incoming jobs and administrative documents as well as order invoicing
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries and providing excellent customer service
- Maintain and update office calendars, ensuring all orders and deadlines are properly scheduled
- Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining office equipment
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination
**Experience**:
- Previous experience in similar administrative role is preferred
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of phone systems and proper phone etiquette
