Professional accounting office at Bloor and Yonge requires a self-motivated, highly organized and detail-oriented full-time office administrative assistant.

Duties include invoicing, month end billing and reconciliation, time entry, accounts receivable, data entry, and general office and administrative tasks. An effective AA enables colleagues to be focused on their goals and prepared for anything that comes their way.

Computer software proficiencies required: PC Law experience a significant asset or easily trainable on time billings software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, Vizio and Outlook.

Pay: $45,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
