Are you passionate about local food culture? We’re Foodee, a team of food experts on a mission to connect local restaurants to businesses through our meal planning platform. We help corporations spread the power of good food by curating menus from top local restaurants and delivering them to your office.

We’re looking for a **Salesforce Administrator **who will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing our Salesforce platform to support our sales, marketing, and customer service teams. In this role you will collaborate with various departments to understand their needs, streamline processes, and implement custom solutions to ensure the effective use of Salesforce. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a collaborative and growth-oriented environment, contributing to the success of our organization.

**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Create and manage user accounts, profiles, and roles.
- Handle user onboarding, training, and provide ongoing support.
- Customize Salesforce to meet the specific needs of different departments.
- Manage multiple phases of systems implementations such as data conversion, configuration, integration and customization.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing data imports, exports, and data cleansing.
- Develop data validation rules and workflows to maintain data quality.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards to provide insights into company performance.
- Assist teams in generating custom reports for their specific needs.
- Manage security settings and access controls to protect sensitive data.
- Implement and enforce data sharing rules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues as they arise.
- Stay updated on Salesforce best practices and new features.
- Identify opportunities for system improvement and efficiency.

**REQUIRED EXPERIENCE/SKILL SET**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Salesforce Administrator
- Experience with Salesforce Lightning
- Experience with Salesforce SalesCloud and ServiceCloud
- Knowledge of APEX and Visualforce development
- Salesforce Administrator certification (ADM 201) is required; additional certifications such as Advanced Administrator or Platform App Builder are a plus
- Proficiency in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and reports/dashboards
- Knowledge of data management and quality best practices
- Excellent communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
- Experience in the food delivery industry or SaaS products is a plus
- Experience with Hubspot is a plus
- Experience with CRM Analytics (Tableau) is a plus
