Salesforce Administrator

The Salesforce Administrator is responsible for supporting the maintenance of our Salesforce sales cloud and delivering key improvements to the platform through comprehensive data analysis, process understanding and solution design, while concurrently supporting eCRM segmentation and content creation for LG’s customers.
**PRINCIPLE RESPONSIBILITIES**:
**Salesforce Sales Cloud Administration**:
- Overall responsibility to set up users, security measures, and processes:
- Configure security and access settings.
- Create custom objects and create and maintain fields.
- Manage data.
- Build reports, dashboards, and other analytics.
- Create process automations.
- Administer desktop and mobile apps.
- Install packages from AppExchange.
- Manage sandbox and production environments.
- Manage system health and administration
- Train Salesforce users.
- Communicate with stakeholders
- Expected to be the Salesforce expert within our organization
**Solution Development**:
- Develop and define project roadmaps, leading the definition of business requirements.
- Communicate with managers and stakeholders.
- Analyze data and draw business insights.
- Facilitate business solutions.
- Manage Salesforce projects.
- App integrations and installations.
- Create and deliver business presentations.
- Manage and analyze Salesforce implementations.
- Create user training materials.
- Solve issues during testing.
- Understand current business processes and document processes in development.
**eCRM Segmentation and Content Management**:
- Database segmentation.
- In collaboration with Brand Managers and supporting agencies, facilitate eCRM content creation in consideration of unique audience interests and LG retention and conversion objectives.
**KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES**:
- Experience using Visual Force, Apex controllers, Batch Apex, or other programmatic solutions on the Salesforce platform preferred
- Familiar with data I/O process and related tools, e.g., Data Loader
- Data extension design, maintenance and refreshes, as well as import / export functionality with Marketing Cloud
- User flow troubleshooting experience
- Experience with Reporting and Data Visualization in Salesforce. Create reports and dashboard based on users’ request.
- Knowledge of the LG’s B2B and B2C business segments, industries and competitors a definite asset.
- Ability to create and update customized objects, fields, and relationships
- Ability to create workflow, field update, triggers, and other types of automation
- Ability to create and maintain user, user group, user profile, roles, and other authentication related settings.
- Ability to design, setup and maintain customer journeys
- Log and track identified system problems through resolution.
- Perform system-level design, development, automation, testing and implementation of custom Salesforce solutions.
- Communication skills to work with people across the organization, from leadership to the actual users themselves.
- Time management skills to help with case management and constant user requests.
- Leadership skills to lead the way in everything Salesforce.
- Problem solving skills to solve for the best solution for the organization
