Job Summary:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs for machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate and schedule routine inspections, repairs, and replacements of equipment components.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose issues to determine root causes of equipment failures.
- Supervise and lead a team of maintenance technicians and engineers.
- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to the maintenance staff.
- Provide training and guidance to ensure the team's skills are up-to-date.
- Develop and manage the maintenance budget.
- Control costs through efficient use of resources, preventive maintenance, and strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
- Implement safety programs and procedures to minimize accidents and injuries.
- Maintain accurate records of equipment maintenance, repairs, and replacements.
- Develop and implement strategies for the efficient use and lifecycle management of assets.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement within the maintenance department.
- Implement best practices to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Collaborate with external vendors and contractors for specialized maintenance services.
- Negotiate contracts, manage service agreements, and ensure quality of work.
- Liaise with other departments, such as production and quality control, to coordinate maintenance activities and minimize disruptions.
- Provide regular updates to plant management on maintenance performance and improvements.
- **Qualifications**:

- Strong understanding of mechanical, electrical, and/or industrial systems.
- Familiarity with PLCs, hydraulics, pneumatics, and other relevant technologies.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a maintenance team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Analytical and troubleshooting skills to identify and resolve maintenance issues.
- Effective communication skills to interact with team members, other departments, and external vendors.

**Salary**: $90,000.00-$120,000.00 per year
