Sales Enablement Coordinator

**Summary**
This person will have excellent coordination and people skills and be passionate about paving the way to optimization. They will be resourceful and curious about learning what Sales and Sales Support teams need to be successful. They understand the importance of establishing best practices and contributing to a superior sales experience for both customers and internal stakeholders alike.
This position will report to the Senior Sales Operations Manager, within the Sales Operations & Enablement team and will work at the Kanata, ON head office location.
**What you do**
- Build business relationships and acumen across Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Product Management, and other stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives and enablement requirements.
- Identify sales process and performance gaps, propose solutions, and work with SME specialists to get the job done.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans for each deliverable, to ensure smooth and on-time execution and accountability.
- Ensure Sales, Sales Admin and Channel teams have the required resources, training, selling guides, price lists and other tools needed to work efficiently and perform their best, as well as to offer the best customer sales experience possible.
- Create onboarding, training, and selling materials as needed.
- Create and analyze sales reports to support enablement and effectiveness initiatives.
**What you need**
- Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent.
- 3-5 years’ experience in a Sales Enablement, Sales, Sales Operations, Communications, or related role.
- Solid track record of effectively coordinating small/med improvement initiatives or programs.
- Creative problem-solving skills and a champion of “working smarter”.
- Assertive mindset, not afraid to question “why”.
- Fast learner that can navigate ambiguity, propose solutions, and get things done.
- Experience working with Sales or Sales Support teams, directly or indirectly.
- Experience with Salesforce or related CRM platform.
- Above average communication skills, both written and verbal. Strong fluency in the English language is a must.
- Self-starter, easy to work with, and has good business acumen.
