**Job Summary**

The Client Care & Sales Coordinator will provide customer service and administrative support to the organization by obtaining, analyzing and verifying the accuracy of a prescription or request and initiate and/or implement corrections as needed in order to ensure that an excellent standard of service and a high level of customer satisfaction is maintained.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Schedule client appointments and follow-ups in a timely manner
- Maintain accurate client records in electronic format
- Able to provide support to clinical team, with knowledge of devices and equipment provided to clients
- Problem solving by identifying and assessing individual client needs and taking appropriate action to satisfy those needs
- Assist with equipment set-up
- Provide ongoing support to clients and assist with mask fittings and in office/ store duties
- Assist with the upkeep of trial equipment and preventative maintenance
- Forward physician and other multidisciplinary health care worker calls to clinical staff
- Follow up with physicians and clinical sites in regards to outstanding paperwork.
- Assist with generating reports and provide administrative support
- Assist with billing and insurance claims processing
- Assist the finance manager with A/R reports and follow up with outstanding payments
- Sell medical equipment and supplies in a retail store setting

**Experience**
- Minimum 1 year healthcare experience
- Minimum 1 year medical retail sales experience
- Prior experience in a medical retail office setting is preferred
- Proficiency in electronic charting
- Knowledge of medical terminology is a plus
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Familiar with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, and Excel)
- Strong ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and organizational skills
- Able to work independently and with a team
- Fluent in English. Second language is an asset
