**Logistics Coordinator**

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Professionally answer incoming calls, providing exceptional customer service and accurate information
- Coordinate the activities of commercial trucks, using computer-aided communications and dispatching equipment
- Schedule and dispatch trucks and drivers for conveyance of materials, freight and shipping
- Efficiently dispatch and coordinate resources, ensuring timely response and delivery to meet client requirements and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing personalized solutions
- Actively engage with clients, effectively presenting our products and services to drive sales and meet revenue targets
- Track the shipments to ensure compliance with the designated timelines
- Communicate with drivers of route and traffic problems such as construction areas, accidents, congestion, weather conditions
- Provide directions to pickup and delivery facilities
- Ensure data entry tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner and all the information is regularly updated in the system

**Requirements**:

- Demonstrate a proven track record with over three years of transportation experience, showcasing expertise in coordinating and optimizing transportation operations.
- Thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment, exhibiting the capability to handle time-sensitive tasks and make well-informed decisions under pressure.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of the transportation industry, including regulations, logistics, and best practices, ensuring a comprehensive understanding of the complexities within the field.
- Showcase a meticulous approach to tasks with a strong attention to detail, coupled with exceptional problem-solving skills to address challenges swiftly and effectively in the dispatch process.
