We're on the lookout for an Office Manager / Bookkeeper to be a key player in our Windsor, NS office.

**Who You Are**

We seek an efficient individual with above-average attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills. This position is crucial for maintaining our company financial accounts and managing the office for our team. A strong understanding of accounts payable and accounts receivable is required, and experience in bookkeeping and with QuickBooks Online is a must.

**About The Role**

As Office Manager, you will be responsible for the daily operations of our Windsor office. This includes but is not limited to:

- Daily communication with suppliers and customers
- Generating customer invoices
- Daily entering of bills and invoices into QuickBooks Online and internal sales software
- Sending payments
- Accounts Receivable follow-up
- Various reporting, such as month-end reconciliations
- Answering the phone and directing calls where appropriate
- Ordering office supplies
- Checking the PO box daily and sending any outgoing mail

**Job Details**:

- Full-Time position, Monday to Friday
- In office at 1699 King St., Windsor, NS
- $42,000 - $45,000 based on experience
- Health plan participation option
- 2 weeks of vacation plus 1 week off between Christmas and New Year's when the office closes

Pay: $42,000.00-$45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
