**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Invoicing and data entry
- Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes
- High Proficiency in Quick Books
- Knowledgeable in Buildium or similar Property manager software.
- Leads in the preparation of monthly financial reporting and a summary of results and findings
- Bank statement and credit card reconciliation
- Accounting background and knowledge of general accounting rules and principles
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain general ledgers
- Create monthly income statements for individual buildings
- Provide clerical support to the accounting department
- Other Duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a Bookkeeper or in a similar role
- Proficiency in using Quickbooks Accounting Software
- Strong understanding of basic accounting principles
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of account reconciliation, budgeting, and account analysis.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $18.00-$21.00 per hour
