HMV Homes is currently hiring for the position of Office Coordinator.

**About Us**:
We are residential builder in the Greater Toronto Area since 2017, specializing in developing and building residential multi-unit properties.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing PO and reconciling with site papers
- Credit card reconciliations and posting
- Reviewing invoices and match to corresponding POs and/or delivery slip
- Bookkeeping on QuickBooks
- Maintaining project files
- Selecting construction material
- Preparing and ordering PO
- Assisting in developing new projects
- Communicating with construction financing companies and resolving discrepancies
- Communicating with realtors, vendors
- Communicating with construction site and sub-trades and resolving issues
- Obtaining estimates and finalizing contracts
- Obtaining zoning and other information from municipalities
- Communicating with clients and suppliers
- Visiting construction job sites or suppliers
- Drafting job site plans on Autocad
- Other duties as assigned

**Required Knowledge and Skills**:

- Degree/diploma in business, accounting or finance
- Interior design degree would be an asset
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Construction workflow knowledge
- Superior communication skills
- Proficiency with Excel, QuickBooks and Autocad
- Working knowledge of finance and accounting principles
- Highly organized, detail oriented and ability to prioritized tasks
- Ability to work independently
- Ability and desire to learn
- Customer services oriented, possess tact and judgement in dealing with difficult and demanding situations

**Experience**:

- Office administration: 1-3 years
- Bookkeeping / accounting: 1-3 years
- Building experience would be an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
