**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years Administrative and Customer Service experience.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel
- Experience with web-based platforms e.g. Shopify & Amazon.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills both verbal and

Written with Strong proficiency in English
- A proven team player with ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal effectively and courteously with all staff and customers
- Attention to detail with high level of accuracy and the ability to multi
- task
- Able to work independently with limited supervision
- Good organizational, problem-solving skills and conflict resolution
- A positive, can-do attitude and customer focused approach to deal with challenging situations with integrity and sincerity

**Job Function**:

- Maintain the web-based platforms e.g. Shopify & Amazon
- Preparing courier waybills for shipping samples, customer orders and any other needs to larger based clients
- Work on various projects with production. Printing Pick/Pack reports and packaging
- General upkeep of the office, ordering office supplies
- Communicating with customers and taking orders by phone, web and fax
- Provide general administrative support to both internal employees and external customers.

**Salary**:Based on qualifications and experience

Pay: From $48,000.00 per year
