**THE OPPORTUNITY**:
The reporting analyst will work as a member of the Corporate IT PMO team, supporting the IT Governance and Compliance Manager. This role is responsible for supporting the project management methodology and the successful execution of projects across the company.

**WHAT YOU ARE GREAT AT**:

- Ensure priority of projects and resource allocation is monitored regularly and escalated as required in order to meet the objectives of the programs.
- Assist in the creation of consolidated IT PMO reports for executive level team.
- Support the IT PMO with senior leadership meeting facilitation and presentation preparation.
- Assist the Governance and Compliance team with on-boarding and ensuring new staff understand and follow the PMO processes.
- Assist the Governance and Compliance team with the management of the PMO Lessons learned process/ tools/project lifecycle/artifacts and templates.
- Follow through on weekly and monthly audit criteria against all open IT projects.
- Work alongside the IT Governance Manager as a point of contact for all project lifecycle methodology.
- Assist with the project close out process for all IT projects including documentation review and approvals, close out in all PPM tools and systems.

**WHAT IT TAKES TO EXCEL**:

- 2 years of demonstrated success in a reporting analyst or similar role
- Proven abilities related to project management with multiple stakeholders in a fast-paced working environment.
- 2 years of experience in a professional IT setting.
- Ability to manage and conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis on complex data.
- Experience working in a complex, matrix, fast paced environment.
- Attention to detail with emphasis on accuracy and quality.
- Ability to prioritize work to balance multiple projects and deadlines.
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- The ability to work independently, as part of a team, and cross-functionally within the organization.
