**Administrative Support Specialist (PARC) - (13-15 Month Term)**
As a key member of the PARC team, the Administrative Support Specialist will provide clerical, accounting and general office support for PARC.
- Process vendor invoices (AP) and issue customer invoices (AR).
- Process payments in banking portal and ensure payments received in bank from customers are processed in ERP system.
- General clerical support such as arranging travel, taking and distributing meeting minutes and other office support for three PARC Sales Offices.
- KPI and month end reporting.
- Where necessary, assisting in the compilation of data for various reports, including assisting with maintenance of CRM records.
- Issue purchase orders when required by vendors and sales contracts.
- Maintaining vacation, travel, visitor and CPD calendars for the offices.
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are paid on time.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and prioritize work from multiple sources.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent decision-making and problem solving skills.
- Strong sense of urgency as well as adaptability/flexibility is required to work in this fast-paced environment.
- Ability to be a team player.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Highly accountable, dependable and self-motivated.
