**Exciting Opportunity at Century 21 Bachman & Associates**
Century 21 Bachman & Associates, a thriving and growing residential & commercial real estate company, is looking for a dedicated Real Estate Administrative & Tech Support Specialist to join our team. Our professional environment encourages a 'work hard' attitude, while still enjoying 'play hard' opportunities with workmates and clients.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage front desk operations and be the welcoming face of our company
- Lead and expand our agent assistant program
- Provide technical support to realtors, including basic computer setup and web content creation
- Liaise with real estate agents to offer marketing services and support
- Perform basic research and organize engaging events
- Process invoices efficiently and accurately
- Keep organized records and offer dependable administrative assistance
**Skills & Qualifications**:
- Experience working with the public and organizing events
- Proficiency in MS Office, G Suite, and desktop publishing; experience with WordPress or similar CMS
- Basic research skills and comfort with computer setup and web content creation
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills with a positive work attitude and collaborative working style
- Highly organized, reliable, and professional
- Ability to work independently with excellent time management skills
**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $17.10-$22.43 per hour
Expected hours: 30 per week
