Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in a Secretarial Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Two (2) years related clerical experience;
- Minute taking experience;
- Intermediate Word;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Keyboarding skills: 45 w.p.m.;
- Computer literacy;
- Tact, judgment, and initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to travel regularly out of town for meetings;
- Eligible to work in Canada.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with pre-hospital care, documentation and data management;
- Experience and/or qualifications in the principles of Budgeting;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).
