The Ontario Lung Screening Program's (OLSP) Administrative Assistant 1 is responsible for performing a full range of clerical and administrative support services, supporting the OLSP clinical team to assess, triage and schedule participants for this regional screening program.. Responsibilities include data entry, preparing and filing of correspondence, scheduling of appointments, answering and/or redirecting of incoming communication, message taking,, record keeping in Epic and other relevant programs, faxing.

**Rotation/Shifts**:
Days, 8 hour shifts.

**Basic Requirements**:

- Post-Secondary Diploma in a Secretarial Program or an equivalent combination of education and experience;
- Two (2) years related clerical experience;
- Intermediate Word;
- Intermediate Excel;
- Computer literacy;
- Attention to detail;
- Tact, judgment, and initiative;
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
- Eligible to work in Canada;
- Proficiency in English and French - oral expression (advanced level) and comprehension (advanced level).

Language proficiency requirements are based on the nature of the position and the level of interaction with French and English-speaking clients.

**Preferred Qualifications**:

- Experience with Epic;
- Experience with pre-hospital health care, documentation and data management.
