**About the Ottawa Gymnastics Centre**

**Objectives of this Role**
- Promote gymnastics programing and events to OGC membership and the public.
- Ensure timely processing of office tasks, overseeing operational efficiency, effective communications, and providing support to all departments.
- Act as primary liaison between OGC and membership, providing information, answering questions, and responding to requests.
- Oversee and achieve organizational goals while maintaining an efficient, productive, and positively cultured office and employee experience.
- Oversee office and facility maintenance including re-stocking supplies, vendor contracts and relations, and facilitation of all office functions and services.

**Daily and Monthly Responsibilities**
- Process program registration for all recreation and competitive programs.
- Assist with billing by preparing and sending invoices; maintain client databases; track accounts and oversee invoice workflow.
- Assist in creating and distributing membership information and other internal documents as requested.
- Update and maintain spreadsheets used by accounting, management and membership.
- Process and record daily sales reports in conjunction with bookkeeper.
- Assist and facilitate OGC fundraisers in conjunction with management.
- Provide marketing and graphics support to management and program coordinators.
- Manage social media accounts for OGC.
- Assist with OGC competitions and events including registration and gym preparation and tear down.
- Prepare online requirements; ensuring members are registered with Gymnastics Ontario.
- Manage and overseeing membership volunteer support.

**Skills and Qualifications**
- Proven administrative experience.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong time-management skills and multitasking ability.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, with aptitude to learn new software and systems.
- Solid interpersonal skills, friendly and outgoing.
- Passion for sport and recreation.
- College or University diploma or equivalent.

**Preferred Qualifications**
- Post-Secondary Degree.
- Knowledge of recreation centre operations.
- Previous success in office management.
- Experience managing budgets and expenses.
- Experience developing internal processes and filing systems.
- Comfortable handling confidential information.
- Ability to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner.

**Salary**: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
