Our client at national association is looking for a dynamic Receptionist/Administrative Coordinator for a temporary position that has the possibility to become permanent. The successful candidate would manage a wide range of day-to-day office and clerical tasks. If you have experience dealing with all levels of staff and management and are able carry out administrative duties with great attention to detail in a fast pace environment this could be the opportunity for you
Answering phones, following up with clients, and providing the highest level of customer service
Proofreading and editing documentation
General office duties such as invoicing, electronic filing, and assisting with various office administration tasks
College diploma in Business Management/Administration or equivalent
Advanced Microsoft Suite Experience (Excel, Outlook, Power Point, Word)
Fluently bilingual in both official languages (read, speak, write) would be considered an asset
The hourly pay for this opportunity is $23.00 per hour.
