**Job Summary**
- The Faculty of Medicine inspires and enables excellence in health care through its medical education and research programs, and by serving and engaging society. Reporting to the Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) Administrator, the Clerkship Curriculum Coordinator (Med 3) is responsible for assisting in the organization and coordination of the curriculum for medical students in their third year.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Administer clerkship curriculum (Med 3) and coordinate the clerkship curriculum units of the MD program
- Exam development, maintenance and execution of the Med 3 units.
- Administer and coordinate the Med 3 PIER sessions: P (Positioning), I (Integration), E (Evaluation), and R (Research/Review)
- Maintain a professional liaison with faculty, staff and students in the Faculty of Medicine, both locally and at the distributed sites.

**Note**
The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.

**Required Qualifications**
- Diploma in Business/Office Administration program with approximately 3 years’ related experience, preferably in a university or health professional education environment (or equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to organize workload required, as well as the ability to work independently and multi-task in a deadline driven, team environment.

**Assets**
- Knowledge of Brightspace, One45 and Sharepoint.
- Knowledge of medical education programs and/or academic health care environment.
