**Job Summary**
- The Department of Undergraduate Medical Education (UGME) within the Faculty of Medicine, delivers an informative and challenging curriculum for the undergraduate and master’s students enrolled in the Medical School, which will prepare them for the next stage of their medical education. Reporting to the Evaluations Specialist, the Evaluations Coordinator contributes to the planning, policy development, and decision-making processes within the Undergraduate Medical Education Office. This is achieved through the collection, analysis, and dissemination of program data from various sources, all of which is overseen and facilitated by the Evaluation Specialist.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Ensure that program evaluation surveys are distributed and completed for all pedagogical activities. This is essential for gathering feedback on the effectiveness of teaching and curriculum components.
- Establish and maintain an information management system for faculty evaluation, which will be used to organize and analyze data related to faculty performance.
- Maintain effective communication with faculty, unit heads, and clinical department heads to ensure a smooth and timely delivery of evaluations to relevant stakeholders.
- Under the guidance of the Evaluation Specialist, conduct analytical feedback using tools like SPSS and N-Vivo.
- Support the design and updates of evaluation instruments, to ensure that the evaluation process remains relevant and aligned with the program’s goals.
- Collaborate with the Evaluation Specialist and other team members to contribute to special projects and the implementation of new processes and procedures.

**Note**
The successful applicant will be eligible for hybrid work (combination of in-person work on campus and remote work) as agreed by all parties based on operational requirements and university guidelines.

**Required Qualifications**
- Undergraduate degree with a minimum of five years’ progressively responsible and related experience (or an equivalent combination of training and experience).
- Excellent oral/written communication and organizational skills, experience working in a multifaceted institution that includes multiple players at varying levels.
- Ability to work independently.
- Considerable tact and maturity required; ability to set own priorities and handle multiple, complex and time-sensitive activities.
- Experience with various software packages, Adobe Professional, MS Office Suite, database systems required for work processing and data management functions.

**Assets**
