As a Deployment Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring project success by ensuring MYLE environments are correctly configured and operational. You will analyze project specifics, create and configure MYLE environments, and activate and set up associated features and products.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Environment Analysis and Configuration: Understand the specific requirements of each project, create and configure MYLE environments, and use simple SQL scripts for configuration. Coordinating with external service providers and internal teams to ensure proper configuration.
- Client Point of Contact: Serve as the primary contact with clients after contract signing, coordinate the initial deployment steps, and ensure smooth communication of key points throughout the process.
- Transition Coordination: Synthesize project details, communicate important information to work teams, and plan transitions in collaboration with project managers.
- Data Transfer Management: Coordinate certain data transfers, validate their quality, and track interactions with internal and external stakeholders.
- Team Support: Provide active support to team members during deployments by addressing any issues or challenges encountered on-site, offering solutions, and facilitating the resolution of technical difficulties.
**Qualifications**
Ideally, you have:
- 6 months to 3 years experience in a similar job.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent time management, ability to prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proactive Approach: Anticipate needs and solve problems proactively.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication with clients and ability to work well in a Team.
- Positive Attitude and Customer Focus: A positive attitude, the ability to work under pressure, and a customer-focused orientation are valuable assets for an effective project Coordinator.
- Diligence and Rigor: Demonstrates a commitment and willingness to carry out all activities through to completion without leaving any tasks unfinished.
