Executive Assistant

**Niagara Children’s Centre** is recognized throughout the Niagara Region as the provider of rehabilitation and support services to over 5,800 children and youth with physical, developmental and communicative delays and disabilities each year. Core services include physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech and language services, augmentative and alternative communication, family services, and therapeutic recreation.
Niagara Children’s Centre has an immediate need for a:
**Executive Assistant (Permanent, 28 hrs/week)**
- A can-do attitude within an evolving organization striving to make a difference
- Passionate about not-for-profit environments supporting children and youth
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proven ability to interact effectively and professionally with the key stakeholders of the Centre
- Proactive thinker that can plan, coordinate and execute projects efficiently
- Advanced skillset with Microsoft Office
- Ability to recognize sensitive and/or confidential information and manage the information accordingly
- Post-secondary degree or diploma from community college or university in a related discipline such as office administration or equivalent experience
- Minimum two (2) years of experience in an administrative role supporting senior level executives
