Marshal Yard has a career opportunity for a detail-oriented and client-centric **Digital Marketing Coordinator** to join our growing team of integrated communications professionals.

In this role you will collaborate with Accounts and Creative to develop and execute digital marketing strategies and tactics that combine creativity, content and channels to promote our client’s products or services. You will also have the responsibility of managing our website and social media channels.

**These are some of the things you’ll get to do with us**:

- Collaborate with Accounts and Creative to develop innovative integrated marketing strategies
- Develop and execute data-driven marketing campaigns on all social and digital media channels
- Track growth by building and maintaining analytics reports to provide up-to-date information to Accounts and Clients
- Turn raw data into understandable insights and action items to improve campaigns and assets
- Coordinate web development projects alongside web developers, keeping digital strategies and user experience top of mind
- Define digital targeting strategies to reach the right consumer with the right message at the right time
- Create content for websites, advertisements, social media, videos, etc
- Develop content based on SEO best practices, grounded in thorough audience and keyword research
- Participate in writing quotes and responses to requests for proposals
- Provide constructive input and creative thinking
- Provide support to Account Managers and coordinate multiple projects with multiple teams
- Keep projects within scope, on time and on budget
- Pivot tactics and strategies based on performance and changes in the internal or external environment
- Utilize internal systems to manage projects and people

**These are the skills and qualifications you have**:

- A degree or diploma in a related field or prior work experience in a similar role
- A minimum of two years experience in digital marketing, including one year of analytics and digital ad buying
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, centered around clarity
- Exceptional organization skills with attention to detail
- Flexibility to quickly embrace change and work with little direction
- Maintains composure, accepts responsibility and acts to find solutions
- Photography/Videography experience **is a bonus**:

- Agriculture industry experience **is a bonus**
