The Inside Sales Agent (ISA) is essential for driving sales growth through proactive lead generation and nurturing. They identify and engage potential clients, qualifying them for the sales team, and setting up appointments with highly qualified prospects. The ISA ensures consistent follow-up, keeping leads engaged and informed throughout the process.

They play a critical role in managing the sales pipeline, tracking and updating lead statuses within the CRM, and ensuring a seamless handoff to agents. By providing valuable insights and maintaining strong client relationships, the ISA helps optimize conversion rates and contributes significantly to the overall success of the sales team.

**Role Responsibilities**

**Lead Generation & Nurturing**:

- Conduct daily outbound calls to new and existing leads (100+ calls per day) to build relationships and increase lead conversion rates.
- Spend approximately 80% of your day on the phone engaging with prospects and moving them through the sales funnel.

**Pipeline Management**:

- Track and monitor monthly and quarterly performance metrics, ensuring that sales goals are met or exceeded.
- Regularly update and maintain the CRM, ensuring all leads are accurately sourced, tracked, and followed up on.
- Monitor website registrations and other lead sources to ensure timely follow-up and engagement.

**Appointment Setting**:

- Qualify leads to assess readiness for the next step in the sales process and set up appointments with the sales team.
- Track and report daily on lead follow-up, appointments set, and conversion rates to ensure targets are being met (KPI)

**Client Relationship Management**:

- Assist with nurturing existing clients, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for further business.
- Maintain ongoing communication with leads until they are handed off to real estate agents, ensuring a smooth transition and consistent client experience.

**Business Development**:

- Identify new business opportunities within target regions to help expand the client base.
- Use data and insights from CRM to identify potential growth areas and suggest strategies to capture new leads.

**Reporting & Improvement**:

- Report daily on lead follow-up activities, appointments, and conversions to ensure alignment with sales goals.

- **Equipment**: Must have your own laptop and cell phone to perform daily tasks.
- **Position Details**: This is a part-time, remote position.

**Hours**:

- **Monday, Wednesday, Friday**: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM
- **Tuesday, Thursday**: 2:00 PM - 6:00 PM
- **Every Other Saturday**: 10:00 AM - 2:00 PM

**Bonuses**:

- A bonus structure will be offered based on achieving a successful show-up rate for appointments and closed transactions.

**Nice to Have**:

- **CRM Experience**: Familiarity with Follow Up Boss is a plus, as it is our primary CRM tool for managing leads and tracking interactions.
- **Previous Real Estate Experience**: While not required, prior experience in real estate or a related field is beneficial.
- **Sales Training**: Any formal sales training or certification can be advantageous.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 per week
