Job Title: Inside Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Inside Sales Representative to join our team at NA Freight Forwarding Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for expanding sales with new opportunities for our existing customers by providing and promoting information about our services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Follow up on quotes with customers
  • Follow up with customers for feedback on recent services
  • Provide demos of software solutions to potential customers
  • Work with the Marketing department on campaigns
  • Use various tools and techniques to identify potential leads and qualify leads based on predefined criteria
  • Schedule meetings between qualified leads and the sales team while ensuring a smooth handover by providing detailed background information to the sales team
  • Assist with customer complaints and inquiries quickly and efficiently
  • Answer phone calls and emails in a professional manner
  • Build positive relationships with customers
  • Collect customer information for future follow-ups
  • Upsell services and make recommendations
  • Support the closing of sales and achieve company quotas
  • Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and potential clients to enhance outreach strategies and conversations
  • Assist Sales Reps as needed

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Business Administration or a relevant field
  • Minimum 3 years of sales experience within the Transportation and Logistics industry
