**Job Summary**
Since 1999, Pro-Door & Dock Systems has been dedicated to exceeding customer expectations with superior overhead and garage door solutions and loading dock maintenance services. We proudly serve commercial businesses, property managers, and industrial plants in the GTA and region, maintaining an excellent safety record and commitment to quality. We are currently seeking a Client Administrator to join our team on a part-time basis, reporting directly to the Controller.
**What’s in it for you**:
- Pay of $21.00-$24.00 per hour
- Part-time (5-8 hours per day, 3 days per week: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
**What you will be required to do**:
- **Follow-Up on Purchase Orders**:Track and follow up on customer and vendor purchase orders (POs), ensuring accurate and timely receipt of goods.
- **Invoice Management**:Enter Pro-Door invoices into customer portals, ensuring accurate and prompt processing.
- **Contractor Documentation**:Update Certificates of Insurance (COI) and Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) documents on safety contractor portals.
- **Administrative Tasks**:Perform various ad hoc administrative tasks as required to support the Controller and other team members. This includes organizing and maintaining records, preparing reports, and other tasks as assigned.
**What you will need to be successful**:
- 2+ years of experience in customer service, administrative support, or a related role is preferred. Experience with accounts payable is a plus.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Punctuality and reliability are essential. The schedule is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, and consistent attendance is crucial.
- Ability to anticipate needs, fill in gaps, and proactively address issues as they arise.
