**DESCRIPTION D’EMPLOI**

Diriger la planification et la conversion des installations de la Société pour le projet de transformation des véhicules à zéro émission conformément aux exigences de la clientèle, tout en respectant les plans d’affaires et les objectifs, les politiques, les procédures et les normes de la Société. Planifier les modifications des installations afin d’optimiser l’utilisation et le rendement des stationnements ainsi que la circulation; améliorer la valeur des biens immobiliers de la Société; réduire l’espace du portefeuille et réduire les coûts. Élaborer et tenir à jour des plans d’investissement de capitaux à long terme afin d’atteindre les objectifs de véhicules à zéro émission pour les installations de la Société à l’échelle nationale.

Agir à titre de représentant du propriétaire et protéger la valeur du portefeuille immobilier de la SCP en supervisant ou en planifiant l’utilisation et la fourniture à long terme des locaux sécuritaires, efficaces et rentables. Agir à titre de conseiller de confiance en matière de biens immobiliers pour la région et s’assurer que tous les changements au portefeuille, y compris les changements à l’utilisation des locaux, soutiennent les exigences opérationnelles actuelles et sont conformes à la stratégie générale à long terme.

Cerner et classer par ordre de priorité les demandes régionales relatives à l’investissement sur le changement des installations et élaborer des analyses de rentabilisation du secteur immobilier pour la clientèle régionale et l’approbation de la Société pour les biens immobiliers. Mener d’autres évaluations foncières et financières, et formuler des recommandations sur le processus décisionnel de la haute direction.

Superviser la conception, la diligence raisonnable et les approbations de zonage de la ville qui sont nécessaires pour modifier le parc de stationnement et faire les mises à niveau électriques dans le cadre de la conversion aux véhicules à zéro émission.

**RESPONSABILITÉS D’EMPLOI**

Voici les principales exigences et responsabilités liées au poste de gestionnaire, Planification de la transformation (véhicules à zéro émission).

1. Diriger et mettre en œuvre le procédé de planification pour les véhicules électriques des installations de la Société qui intègre les plans opérationnels régionaux et les objectifs commerciaux et stratégiques de la SCP. Élaborer des plans du secteur qui établissent et protègent la valeur du portefeuille immobilier, optimiser l’utilisation des locaux du portefeuille et la valeur des investissements de capitaux et réduire les coûts d’exploitation des biens immobiliers.

2. Mener des études et des évaluations sur la propriété relativement à la planification du portefeuille immobilier et aux grands projets d’investissement immobilier. Fournir des rapports et des recommandations aux cadres supérieurs.

3. Agir à titre de conseiller de confiance en affaires immobilières auprès des clients régionaux. Assurer une bonne compréhension des enjeux liés aux opérations régionales en élaborant les exigences fonctionnelles des utilisateurs et intégrer les besoins régionaux liés aux lignes directrices de la Société sur les locaux et la conception, pour tous les changements proposés aux installations et aux locaux.

4. Élaborer des analyses de rentabilisation pour les initiatives liées aux changements des installations dans la région. Consulter les clients régionaux, les groupes de soutien et les consultants externes en immobilier afin de cerner et d’évaluer les enjeux liés aux locaux et à la désuétude Analyser les options, évaluer la faisabilité de projet, l’incidence financière, les risques et les avantages opérationnels et recommander la solution optimale.

5. Obtenir l’approbation et le soutien des clients régionaux dans les analyses de rentabilisation et les exigences fonctionnelles du programme privilégiées et solliciter auprès des Biens immobiliers de la Société l’approbation nationale de financement. Tenir les groupes d’intérêt informés du progrès des analyses de rentabilisation au cours du processus d’approbation de la Société.
