**about the team**:
The Integrated Go-To-Market Transformation Team is dedicated to driving the transformation of the integrated GTM process at Lululemon. As an internal consultancy and change agent, we collaborate closely with various business units to identify, conceptualize, and implement process optimization opportunities. Our focus is on aligning these initiatives with lululemon's long-term strategy, always keeping the guest in mind. Team members serve as essential thought partners across the Company, engaging with executive leadership, Supply Chain, Sourcing, Finance, Design, Merchandising, Planning, Marketing, Brand, and Regions (including channel).

**a day in the life**:

- You will lead and and participate in work-streams in large-scale business transformation and optimization programs including scoping, planning, project management, exploration, solutioning, and process mapping.
- You partner with business experts to drive discovery, design, and buy in for your given deliverables.
- You will work with change management, communications, and the business to plan and execute the implementation and support the business through hyper care.
- Each day will look different in your project-based role, including activities like: clarifying strategic questions, design solutions, project managing your work stream, deck creation and presentation, facilitating workshops, and guiding enterprise program planning processes.

**qualifications**:

- 3-5+ years of experience in operational role at an apparel/retail company, internal transformation role, or management consulting.
- Knowledge of creative and design best practices considered an asset.
- Strategic vision and creative thinking: ability to look beyond existing paradigms, and change the organization according to new business concepts.
- Ability to drive problem solving process: frames problems, guides analytical modeling, and through analysis provides insights into solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement and increased efficiency and effectiveness as business needs shifts.
- Relationship builder, effective communicator and influencer. Comfortable presenting in front of senior leadership audiences.
