**Job Duties**:
- Maintaining the work structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions- Planning, executing and evaluating tactics for recruitment, interviewing, pre-employment screening, selection, hiring, onboarding, retention; conducting and analyzing exit interviews, recommending changes.- Preparing employees by establishing and conducting orientation and training programs- Creating a working environment that is consistent with the values and goals of the organization that emphasizes quality, improvement and high performance- Ensuring safe and secure work environment by developing and maintaining emergency plans, safety guidelines and training in compliance with standards- Maintaining pay plan evaluations & reviews- Maintaining employee benefits programs- Preparing, updating and recommending human resource policies and procedures- Developing and maintaining performance review process
- Developing, preparing and analyzing employee satisfaction surveys
**Ideal Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent training in Human Resources- Strong verbal and written communication skills- Proficient in a variety of computer programs- Organization and planning skills- Demonstrated supervisory and interpersonal skills- In depth knowledge of human resources policies and practices
- Valid driver's license
