About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and dedicated executive director to lead our team at CMHA Thompson.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will be responsible for allocating resources, representing the organization, and overseeing various aspects of our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Budgetary Management: Oversee a budget of $1,250,000, which includes financial planning, resource allocation, and expenditure management.
  • Representation and Delegation: Represent the organization in negotiations and official functions, or delegate representatives as needed.
  • Certifications and Licenses: Possess a CPR Certificate and First Aid Certificate.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, MS Windows, and MS Word. Additionally, experience with Simply Accounting is required.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor's degree.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of relevant experience, or equivalent experience.
  • Work Environment: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, and manage a large workload.
  • Transportation and Travel: Valid driver's license and willingness to travel.
  • Certificates and Licenses: Possess a valid driver's license and be willing to undergo a criminal record check.
Benefits and Compensation
  • Salary: $120,000 - $150,000 per annum, based on qualifications and experience.
  • Benefits: Dental plan, disability benefits, health care plan, vision care benefits, group insurance benefits, and a pension plan.
