**Property Administrator Position for a Full Service Property Management Company**

- **What is expected from you**:_
- Assist and support the Property Manager;
- Assist in managing a portfolio of properties including but not limited to: owner and tenant relations/matters, maintenance contracts and other building related items;
- Assist the Property Manager in maintaining the property for our valued Client, including but not limited to: capital replacement project management, obtaining quotes, property inspections, onsite construction meetings, maintenance request approvals, and thorough tracking of ongoing projects for future refence.
- Handle all inquiries from tenants professionally and courteously by identifying and understanding their needs, as well as preparing communications, responding to requests and coordinating service calls, general repairs and capital replacements;
- Other duties as assigned.

**The Successful Applicant**
- Administrative diploma or equivalent experience
- Experience in property management, condominium management or real estate is an asset but not required
- A basic understanding of building mechanical components
- A basic understanding of accounting functions
- Ability to coordinate multiple projects simultaneously
- Computer skills with experience knowledge in Microsoft software
- Must demonstrate flexibility in order to meet changing demands
- Must have reliable vehicle

Remuneration will be based on experience.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $38,000.00 per year
