Part-time Administrator

**Overview**:

**Job Summary**: As an Office Administrator, you will be pivotal in managing the flow of the office, ensuring that all aspects of mail, office supplies, courier services, office deliveries, flower orders, and catering are handled promptly and efficiently. This role involves frequent interaction with service provider, different departments and HR Team requiring a proactive and organized approach to office management.
**Note: This position is less than 20 hours a week.**
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail and coordinate courier services to ensure timely delivery and dispatch
- Order and maintain office supplies, ensuring the office is well-stocked and organized
- Handle arrangements for office deliveries and manage logistics for the same
- Oversee the ordering and delivery of flowers and other special requests like catering
- Assist with additional office management tasks as required to support overall office functionality
- Provide support for various administrative tasks and contribute to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed
**Who We're Looking For**:
- Experience in office administration or a similar role
- Time management and multitasking abilities to handle various tasks simultaneously
- Communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with vendors and team members
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in Office Administration is a plus
