Servus is growing We are currently looking for a **Corporate Services Administrator I** at our **Parkland Square Branch.**

Reporting to the Team Lead Corporate Services Administrator, your primary goal is to deliver personalized service to our departments at Servus.

More specifically, the scope of your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
**Front Desk**
- Act as receptionist; greeting guests, notifying respective employees that their guest has arrived.
- Book meetings and minutes support.
- Assist with Corporate vehicle bookings (organization wide).
- Arrange corporate vehicle maintenance.
- Complete general administration such as spreadsheet development, project plan updates, etc.
- Maintain lost & found area for the building
- Order name tags and name plate inserts as requested
- Assist with training visitor logs
- Accompany guests/external vendors around the building as requested
- In addition to the general support to the Corporate Services team, this position will also provide the following specific and on-going support to the following areas as coordinated through the Team Lead Corporate Services Administrator:
**Facilities Service Requests**
- Ensure all requests for service are acknowledged, prioritized, course of action identified and communicated to clients in a timely manner.
- Coordinate installation of service requests by all branches and admin building staff via the IT help desk software program (ITSM).
- Maintain ITSM where required.
- Complete monthly reporting of ITSM assignments.

**Facilities File Maintenance & Accounting**
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate information within the province wide property data base, including correspondence, diagrams, floor plans, pictures.
- Assist in the creation and maintenance of a complete furniture inventory.
- Coordinate receipt, and cost center coding of all property invoices.
- Extract summary information as requested for analyzing purposes, including project costs compared to capital budget.

**Corporate Business Services**
- Assist with the maintenance of contracts as requested by Corporate Business Services.
- Attend and take minutes at various meetings as requested
- Book meetings and event's as requested
- Assist on projects as assigned
- Complete parking wait lists, assignments and supply taxable benefit details to HR

**Procurement**
- Assist with the administration of invoices when requested by Procurement.
- Assist with the setup of new projects, processes and Strategic Vendors when requested.

**Logistics**
- Assist with courier bags
- Order and maintain supplies for the breakroom in Red Deer location.
- Coverage when requested for the EA's in the Red Deer location

**Corporate Security**
- Administer the keys within the Servus Corporate Centre, Atrium and Red Deer Regional Office.
- Provide support through record searches when required.
- Complete security photos for SCC
- Assist with invoice coding and tracking

**Requirements**:
To qualify, you will need at least 1-2 years of front office or reception experience and your High School diploma.

Although not required, the following education/certificates are valuable assets:

- Intermediate to advanced skills using Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional relevant coursework (examples: office technology, file management, document formatting)
- Diploma or Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration (or relevant studies)
