**CUSTOMER SERVICE/ ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT (WARRANTY COORDINATOR)**

Reporting to the Warranty Manager, this role is responsible for assisting the daily warranty operations and providing excellent service to customers as they start their homeownership journey with Parkbridge.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING**

**Communication and Scheduling**:

- o Provide excellent communication to the homeowner and updates to necessary Parkbridge team members with respect to all warranty-related matters
- o Schedule required walk-throughs with home purchaser throughout the construction life cycle - coordinate with Construction and Sales teams as appropriate
- o Prepare documents and materials as required for construction walk-throughs and warranty registration
- o After each walk-through, complete required work orders and scheduling of trades and/or Parkbridge service technician

**Reporting**:

- o Provide assistance in various reporting as required
- o Support Construction in root cause analysis, vendor performance scorecards and corrective action plans for any systemic issues identified
- o Leverage system-based reporting to identify areas of continuous improvement and take an active role fostering a culture of performance excellence

**Other Key Responsibilities Include**:

- o Ensure appropriate work is completed and act as first approver for invoices related to on‑site warranty purchases
- o Conduct or attend construction walk-throughs as required, including initial construction walk-through, homeowner orientation, Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI) and pre 30‑day and pre 1‑year walk-throughs
- o Maintain and retrieve as needed records of all customer interactions, warranty history and cases in the company’s CRM system
- o Provide site-level customer support through the warranty process - escalate issues to the Warranty Manager as required
- o Work with Sales and Construction team to support the expectations of the customer, including any potential discrepancies during PDIs - escalate to Warranty Manager as required
- o Other tasks as required

You have the ability to travel/drive, and the personal mobility to safely walk around construction sites while wearing the required personal protective equipment.

**WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE**
- Three to five years’ experience in a customer service role
- Positive customer service orientation
- Strong communications skills (written and oral)
- Strong organizational skills
- Computer proficiency and a capacity to learn new skills quickly (mandatory: Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word)
- Would be an asset - knowledge of/experience with:

- o Dynamics CRM (Customer Relationship Management) or similar customer service system
- o Residential construction industry and/or new home warranty processes
- o Tarion Warranty
