- Sales and Revenue Generation: Drive sales efforts to achieve revenue targets. Develop and implement sales plans, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely closure of deals. Maintain a robust sales pipeline and track performance metrics.
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Act as a point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
- Marketing Initiatives: Work closely with the marketing team to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns to promote immigration services within the Vietnamese community. Utilize both online and offline channels for maximum reach.
- Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market trends. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and optimize strategies.
- Language Support: Provide language support in Vietnamese to facilitate communication with clients and stakeholders. Translate documents and assist in ensuring effective communication across language barriers.
**Skills & Requirement**:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Development Manager in the immigration services industry, with a focus on the Vietnamese market.
- Fluency in Vietnamese and English is essential.
- Strong understanding of immigration policies and procedures, particularly related to Canada.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
