Business Development Manager

**Overview**
**Responsibilities**
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the market to drive growth.
- Develop and implement strategic plans to enhance market penetration and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business development strategies with overall company goals.
- Utilize Salesforce for tracking sales activities, managing customer interactions, and generating reports.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with potential clients to secure profitable deals.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities.
- Lead project management initiatives related to business development activities, ensuring timely execution and delivery.
**Qualifications**
- Proven experience in business development or a related field.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals successfully.
- Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, particularly Salesforce.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to foster relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to analyze market data and develop actionable insights for strategic planning.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
