**Description**
**Responsibilities**
- Provide administrative support to designated territories within the Ontario sales team, as well as to the SVP, Regional Sales Director for Central Canada
- Scheduling and/or coordinating territory events, branch meetings and product manager presentations which includes sending invitations, booking venues, catering and confirming attendance
- Sending weekly/monthly/quarterly thank you/congratulation cards
- Coordinating printing of marketing materials
- Preparing correspondence, special mailings, client reports, marketing kits
- Booking all travel including air, hotel and transportation for the sales teams
- Processing the sales teams expenses and cheque requests
**Location**: Downtown Toronto
**Requirements**:
**Knowledge**:
- Related post-secondary education
- Previous experience in the financial industry or a similar support role is an asset
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
- Strong problem-solving, customer service, and multitasking abilities, while being committed to excellence
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of National Instrument 81-105 is an asset
