We are searching for an energetic, focused, and dedicated team player to join us as an **Accounting & Administration Clerk.**

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Performing day to day financial transactions, including verifying, posting, and reconciling accounts receivable data.
- Monitor AR daily to ensure compliance is established with credit limits and payment terms. Send account statements and reminders to ensure on-time payments.
- Set-up and maintain Customer and Vendor accounts.
- Assist with management of incoming EDI and PO related transactions
- Manage and process scheduled cheque and EFT Runs.
- Accurate coding of AP invoices to ensure approval compliance.
- Assist with incoming calls from customers/suppliers.
- Other duties as assigned from time to time.

**REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:

- College or University degree with a focus on accounting or finance
- 2+ years work experience in Accounting/Finance role
- Excellent oral and written communication
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills including Excel
- Proven accuracy and attention to detail
- Computer literacy with the ability to learn new software programs
- Eager to learn with a team player approach to tasks
- Ability to work and keep pace in a fast-paced environment
