**What You'll Be Doing**:
- Stay ahead of the curve by immersing yourself in Stallion Express services and industry trends, allowing you to passionately communicate our unique value to clients.
- Spark engaging conversations with Canadian brands, providing tailored solutions that perfectly match their needs.
- Dive into research to uncover potential clients and target markets, especially for our expanding vaping product distribution network.
- Be proactive Make those outbound calls, offer insightful demo sessions, and guide clients through our dashboard with a personalized touch.
- Transform potential leads into lasting partnerships that drive our growth.
- Collaborate closely with clients to customize solutions that not only meet their requirements but also fuel our revenue growth.
- Deliver top-notch customer service by managing accounts, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring every client feels valued.
- Keep an eye on the competition Analyze offerings, pricing, and market positioning to stay ahead of client preferences.
- Consistently meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets—your success is our success
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions in our CRM, ensuring transparency and efficiency.
- Get creative Contribute to lead generation through innovative strategies that set us apart.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, ensuring our products shine in the market.
**What We're Looking For**:
- 2-3 years of sales experience, ideally in the logistics or eCommerce sectors.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to confidently cold call and qualify leads.
- A proven track record of exceeding sales targets and delighting customers.
- An adaptable and positive attitude, thriving in a dynamic environment.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills that foster collaboration within our team.
- Proficiency in CRM tools and other sales-related software.
- Willingness to commute across British Columbia and Alberta.

Compensation: The salary range for this role is $60-$75k base salary plus competitive commission and benefits.
