Integrated Security Account Executive

**Job Overview**
We are seeking a highly motivated, results-driven and experienced individual to join our team as an Integrated Security Account Executive. The individual will be responsible for driving sales and developing new business opportunities.
The Integrated Security Account Executive is responsible for promoting and selling Smart-tek's integrated security services and technology within the Lower Mainland area by leveraging relationships, closing new business with new and existing property development clients and ensuring client retention.
The individual will represent Smart-tek as the leader of integrated security provider in the region.
**Mission**:
- Identify and target potential clients in the market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets
- Communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Collaborate with project management team to ensure successful project delivery
- Negotiate contracts and pricing agreements
- Provide regular updates on changes and sales activities
**Qualifications**:
- Proven experience in integrated security systems such as electronic access control and CCTV systems
- Strong ability to analyze market trends and identify business opportunities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to negotiate and close deals
- Strong client management skills
- Leadership qualities with the ability to work independently
**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
**Salary**: $80,000.00 per year
