We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Executive to join our team in the Lower Mainland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for growing market share for Peak and Home Depot.

About the Role:

  • Develop and execute strategies to achieve/exceed sales targets.
  • Grow Peak and Home Depot's market share through effective relationship-building and communication.
  • Analyze sales reports, create action plans, and implement process improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with Home Depot associates at all levels.
  • Schedule regular meetings with MET Regional Managers, Area Supervisors, and Store Managers to drive business growth.
  • Capture market trends, identify new business opportunities, and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of retail sales experience, preferably in the home improvement industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage competing demands, and meet deadlines.
  • Ability to travel by car and plane as required.
  • Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
