Part Time Payroll Administrator

**Job description**
Location: Hybrid Position, 16-24 hours/week
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Payroll Support:
- Ensure accurate entry and maintenance of payroll data (e.g., time sheets, overtime, deductions, time off requests).
- Review and validate payroll reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
- Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, providing information or escalating issues as needed.
**Qualifications**:
- Experience:
- 1-2 years of payroll experience required; specifically in an hourly environment
- Payworks experience is an asset.
- Skills:
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
**Education**:
- High school diploma required; post-secondary education with a focus on Payroll is an asset.
