S3 Technical is looking for an energetic, organized, detail-oriented, career-minded individual to join our growing administrative team. Must be able to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

S3 Technical specializes in delivering and manufacturing innovative, high-quality custom and specialty aluminum and stainless-steel cladding products.

The expected weekly part-time hours are 24. (Flexibility in the daily schedule is available)

**Personal Assistant job duties include but are not limited to**:

- Reporting to the CEO/CFO and performing secretarial and administrative duties
- Scheduling appointments, maintaining calendars, and sending reminders
- Copying, scanning, and faxing documents
- Handling errands and day-to-day tasks for the employer
- Filing paperwork and answering the phone
- Basic data entry and project support
- Provides additional administrative support (when required) to the S3 administrative team to ensure efficient office operations
- Ensure clear and concise communication
- Build and maintain customer relationships
- Learn raw and finished product knowledge

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Comfortable working with Microsoft Office programs (Excel, Outlook, Word, Teams) and Apple calendars
- Valid driver's license and personal vehicle

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: $15.00-$17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 24 per week
