Coordinator - Operations Department

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Consumer Relations & Brand Protection:
- Address consumer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Provide regular updates and detailed reports on on-site and service matters.
- Resolve issues and reinforce brand relationships through effective communication.
2. Cost & Resource Management:
- Evaluate cost-effective solutions and negotiate with vendors.
- Manage materials, insurance, and vehicle maintenance to ensure efficiency.
3. Documentation & Warranty Management:
- Ensure all charges are agreed upon before execution.
- Maintain accurate documentation, warranties, and consumer profiles.
4. Issue Resolution & Prevention:
- Identify and address potential brand risks proactively.
- Implement preventive measures and resolve outstanding issues to avoid recurrence.
5. On-Site & Service Assistance:
- Assess service and parts capabilities for new consumers.
- Communicate any service appointment cancellations before handing over to Consumer Care for rescheduling.
- Coordinate appointments and deliveries with shippers, and support service technicians and installers on-site.
**Growth & Development**:
- You will have the opportunity to take on additional responsibilities and be assigned specific tasks related to project management, documentation, and installer coordination.
- There is significant potential for growth within this role, with opportunities to expand your skill set and contribute to larger projects within the department.
**Expectations**:
- Assist with bookings, measurements, and work orders.
- Coordinate vendor pickups, consumer bookings, and installer support.
- Maintain accurate updates for product ETAs and oversee shipping, delivery logistics, and cash-and-carry projects.
- Train and guide the Consumer Care Team on booking processes.
**Collaboration & Reporting**:
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations across on-site and service activities.
- Report directly to the Supervisor with additional support from the Operations Manager.
