We inspect, test and maintain all types of fire protection equipment including but limited to fire alarm systems and sprinkler systems installed in both commercial, and residential properties.

Sentinel is looking for a qualified person who will continue to help the company develop and maintain long-term relationships with our clients.

This position will include daily service coordination for various service technicians (fire, sprinkler & security), answering telephones, maintaining appointment calendars, customer appointment reminders, work order review/close out.

- Excellent organization skills
- Manage and coordinate all aspects of operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- **Service department skills/ scheduling experience in the fire protection industry required.**:

- Attention to detail
- Ability to multi task and prioritize
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent grammar and proofreading skills
- Ability to effectively deal with customers and staff’s requests
- **Experience with Field edge preferred**:

- Must have a strong willingness to work as a team
- Ability and willingness to perform other position related tasks as requested
- Must have basic administrative knowledge such letter composition and excellent telephone etiquette
- In person work
- Coordinate all aspects of service operations, including scheduling, dispatching, and customer service.
- Ensure timely and efficient delivery of services to customers
- Monitor service requests and assign technicians to appropriate jobs.
- Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service status.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain contact with technicians to ensure that jobs are completed as scheduled and deal with any issues that arise.
- Follow up with job status and reschedule work if required within a reasonable time frame.
- Monitoring the on-call schedule and coordinate changes as required.
- Prepare plan for technicians and update the calendar two weeks in advance.
- Dispatch technicians for the job according to the geographic location & abilities.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as needed.

**Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, communication, or a related field.
- **Minimum 2 years experience coordinating/scheduling within the fire protection field.**:

- Proficiency in scheduling software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent phone etiquette.

**Job Types**

- Hours Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:30pm
