What you will do:
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and nurture relationships with Scene+ and our partner organizations
- Drive customer acquisition, engagement, and loyalty within our Scene+ loyalty program
- Develop strategies and programs to achieve our business objectives
- Contribute to the ideation, design and development of future looking strategies to accelerate growth and drive new revenue streams by acquiring new customers and driving engagement through our Scene+ partnership.
- Serve as Cineplex’s partnership lead, owning the day-to-day relationship and marketing plans.
- Manage overall loyalty budget, leading monthly and quarterly financial reporting
- Champion and drive the execution of high impact go-to-market programs for new products, partnerships, and programs with a loyalty lens that will accelerate customer growth and drive business value
- Work alongside data and analytics partners to report on program performance, share key insights and recommendations with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
- Post-secondary education in Marketing, or a discipline pertinent to the position combined with relevant professional experience within areas of Marketing, Product / Program Management
- An entrepreneurial spirit, with proven experience with defining and reporting against business KPIs and passion for creating value through financial insights
- Demonstrated success in developing go-to-market plans
- A curious and exploratory mindset to analyze and sort through complex problems and formulate creative solutions to deliver against plans
- A dedicated influencer, with the ability to inspire a marketing strategy with senior leaders by generating and implementing new ideas
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills and the ability to make decisions to move forward
- An engaging and highly approachable personality with the ability to relate to different stakeholders, consumers and partners
- Strong planning and project implementation experience, with a proven ability to manage multiple simultaneous projects
- Strong collaboration and leadership skills
