Style & Ease Clothing is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Clerk. This role will report directly to the Finance Director and is ideal for someone with a background in accounting or finance. There is a potential for the position to convert to full-time.

**Responsibilities**:

- Work closely with the Finance Director to perform general administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
- Assist with basic accounting and finance-related duties such as invoice processing and expense tracking.
- Support the Finance Director and the team in maintaining a smooth and organized office environment.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in administrative roles, preferably with a focus on accounting/finance.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Style & Ease Clothing recherche un individu hautement organisé et orienté vers les détails pour rejoindre notre équipe en tant que Commis Administratif à temps partiel. Ce rôle relèvera directement du Directeur Financier et convient parfaitement à une personne ayant une expérience en comptabilité ou en finance. Il y a la possibilité que le poste évolue vers un temps plein.

**Responsabilités**:

- Travailler en étroite collaboration avec le Directeur Financier pour effectuer des tâches administratives générales, telles que la saisie de données, le classement et la tenue des dossiers.
- Assister dans des tâches de base liées à la comptabilité et à la finance, telles que le traitement des factures et le suivi des dépenses.
- Soutenir le Directeur Financier et l'équipe pour maintenir un environnement de bureau fluide et organisé.

**Exigences**:

- Expérience préalable dans des rôles administratifs, de préférence avec une orientation vers la comptabilité/finance.
- Fortes compétences organisationnelles et en gestion du temps.
- Maîtrise des logiciels de la suite Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellentes compétences en communication, tant à l'écrit qu'à l'oral.
- Capacité à travailler de manière autonome et en collaboration au sein d'une équipe.
