- Provide administrative support in order to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of various tasks.
- Organize work information to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Assist with various ongoing projects and initiatives, such as maintaining protocols, checklists and databases.
- Liaison with all necessary departments.
- Assist with the effective preparation and planning of supported department’s activities
- Utilize tools, processes and communication and work proactively to support the efficient management.
- Demonstrate a high level of professionalism in dealing with confidential and sensitive issues
- Perform other duties and tasks that may be required from time to time.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in the medical field
- Strong Excel skills is a must
- Must be perfectly bilingual in English and French (spoken and written)
- Strong people and communication skills
- Strong written & verbal skills
- Organized with the ability to work independently
- Motivated and positive team player
- Understands the dynamics of running a business

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent
